Our Services

Our focus on patient care includes a team approach between EMT’s, paramedics and hospital staff to provide the best possible outcomes.

Read below to learn more about our 911 Emergency Response, as well as the services provided by our sister agency, EAGLE III.

911 Emergency Response

County Rescue Services has been providing high quality, compassionate medical care to Northeast Wisconsin for over 35 years.

County Rescue provides emergent 911 coverage to approximately 100,000 residents in northeast Wisconsin.  We also offer paramedic assistance to incoming ambulances from eight surrounding counties and a first responder network in rural municipalities.  Partner agency, EAGLE III provides non-emergency medical transport services and air and critical care ground transport.

Emergency calls are dispatched via the professional 911 communication centers in Brown, Outagamie, and Oconto counties. County Rescue and its network of community-based emergency medical responders work as a team with area law enforcement and local fire departments to provide efficient, effective response to any emergency situation, no matter how complex it may be.

Non-Emergency Medical Transport

County Rescue provides various levels of non-emergent and inter-facility stretcher transport ranging from basic life support through the most advanced levels of pre-hospital care. Transport is provided for all area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and community based residential facilities.
